The community is invited to join Boy Scout Troop 153 has a Open House for boys in the Antioch area. Come out and see what Scouting is all about.
It’s a wonderful program for the kids in our area. From camping, high adventure trips, obtaining life skills through leadership and Merit Badges, to participating in community service, this is a great opportunity for families to sign their boys up and have them gain invaluable life lessons.
Scouting as an alternate video games and learn real skills for real life:
- High adventure backpacking, camping, outdoor cooking and survival
- Supervised archery and rifle shooting
- Water sports – canoeing, rowing, snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling
- Cycling and mountain biking, spelunking, rock climbing and repelling
- Life skills through various merit badges
- Character development, leadership skills, community involvement
- Fun activities at Troop meeting’s and wild Wednesdays
- Gain lasting friendships and skills for life.
You are invited to join them for food and drink and to learn and experience some of the fun!!!
