At 9:55 pm Tuesday, 623 PG&E customers lost power in Antioch off James Donlon Blvd in the area new Mira Vista Hills Park. As of 10:15 pm, PG&E is still assessing the cause and has assigned a crew to the outage, however, estimated restoration is listed as 1:00 am.
