The Oakley Police Department announced on Sunday the arrest of two auto burglary suspects in the early morning hours.
According to police, Shannon Hanlin, 37, and Joseph Raymundo-Wilcox, both of Antioch were arrested on a variety of charges including burglary and theft. Their vehicle was also impounded by officers.
Police say, around 2:30 AM in the Domain Way neighborhood, an alert neighbor noticed a vehicle driving slowly through the neighborhood. The vehicle was driving down the center of the street while an individual walked from each of the parked cars on the street, checking to see if they were locked. The neighbor described the individual who was on foot as having a flashlight and wearing dark clothing.
Oakley police responded as the neighbor reported the subject was now inside another vehicle pulling a variety of tools out of the car. When officers arrived at the neighborhood, they located the suspect with a gas-powered leaf blower on the roof of the car.

Show these scumbag thieves face for the public to see.
Not very hard to find out who they are when their names have been released. Do some footwork lazy…
YES! Their faces should be on BILLBOARDS! Antioch has to get rid of this scum which probably got here from some ghetto rathole city!
I hired some relatives who are not working (due to retirement) to hang out at our house from midnight to 6 am specifically to watch what is going on in our immediate neighborhood! They said that it’s amazing how many people wearing dark clothing and usually hauling knapsacks are checking out cars and patios! Some are on bicycles, but very few drive cars! We have a microphone set up where you don’t have to leave the house but just talk to it and the sound is emitted outside via speaker .. Just saying, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?” will get them high-tailing it out of here.
