The Alameda County Sheriffs Office announced Thursday morning they have completed a murder investigation dating back to 2004. The investigation led to the arrest of Larry Fuller where they obtained a warrant and took him into custody on January 28.
The victim, Samy Sinjay, 36, was shot multiple times in front of his residence on October 26, 2004. It was believed that the murder was related to Samy’s pending testimony in a theft care in Alameda County. Samy ran Rynck Tires & Auto Center in Castro Valley at the time of his death.
